The hardcore toggle animation for the world thumbnail border doesn't display correctly the first time.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the create new world screen

2. Toggle on hardcore mode

3. Observe the world thumbnail border animation

4. Toggle off hardcore mode then repeat step 2

5. Observe the world thumbnail border animation again

Observed results:

The inner layer of the thumbnail border does not flash white the first time hardcore mode is toggled.

Expected results:

The inner layer of the thumbnail border should flash white the first time hardcore mode is toggled.
