Downloading content from create from template does not show a toast notification.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to create from template on new UI

2. Download a piece of content

3. Observe how no toast notification pops up

4. Go to your inventory in the marketplace

5. Download a piece of content

6. Observe a toast notification being displayed

Observed results:
The create from template screen does not display a toast when downloading.

Expected results:
The create from template screen, along with the marketplace, should show a toast when downloading.
