The Marketplace Pass image artwork is not scaled correctly when you don't have a subscription

The Marketplace Pass image artwork is not scaled correctly when you don't have a subscription. This affects the Create New World and Edit World screens in the Resource Packs tab.

Observed results:
It appears way smaller than it should be.

Expected results:
It should be properly sized.
