Hardcore border in edit world screen disappears after suspending the game.

How to reproduce:

1. Edit a hardcore world (must be on new edit world design) when you're either alive or dead

2. Suspend and resume the game (on windows, minimize and restore)

3. Observe how the border is no longer visible

Observed results:
The border disappears after game suspension.

Expected results:
The border should remain on screen after game suspension.
