Since yesterday Minecraft stopped accesses multi-player and realms. Originally is was saying he had been disabled from Microsoft which is weird. I went in, Microsoft wasn't disabled. We logged out on Minecraft of Microsoft to try to log back in and now it keeps saying something is wrong. Vague I know but that is all it's saying. He plays on an iPad , his Xbox account via Microsoft is logged in , his friends are active. Can anyone help me please. He is hysterical and had no access to his friends. Can anyone help me please.
