I am unable to access any other online content, on my Apple iPhone; MCPE-102994 does describe my issue. I have checked my internet connection, rebooted the phone, the router, nothing makes a difference. I cannot see my purchased worlds/skins/behavior/resource packs, or the open marketplace to purchase anything new. I do not however, have this issue with my Windows10 laptop. I am able to access all the online areas in my laptop edition,

How can this be considered resolved when there are no instructions to fix this, no mention of a patch to apply to fix it. I am not going to spend another penny on ANY Microsoft product until this gets fixed. And I will strongly recommend the same course to every other user.

The issue is "resolved" as a duplicate. That does not mean it is fixed. We consolidate into a single ticket (usually the first one reported). As you commented, MCPE-102994 describes the same issue, so that is the report that is being kept open. You can "vote" and "watch" that ticket for updates on the issue.

You could have said that from the beginning- you just made the Resolution “duplicate”, and just now tell me I can just watch and vote on the original?! This is a pretty basic error, and it’s no longer confined to my phone version. I am now unable to connect to any online content- realms, marketplace, or any of my purchased worlds, skins, etc.
This is a major bug that has now gone unresolved for weeks.
For those affected by this bug, could you please mention which device you are using in the main bug ticket at MCPE-102994.
