[BDS-15250] Cannot craft or un-craft diamond block.

Players are unable to craft or un-craft a diamond block using a crafting table regardless of game mode.

Problem has been replicated by numerous players on multiple BDS servers immediately following the 1.17.30 update. Does not appear to affect single player worlds running 1.17.30.
