After a few days of running the command "function Ban_addon", command blocks have delayed execution and the repeat function is super slow.
I removed the "Chemistry" addon and added 2 addons (attached). The issue only comes about after a few days of continuously running the server (commandblockoutput is set to false).
If this issue cannot be resolved, I will have no choice but to use PMMC until Vanilla becomes more stable.

Apologies for the late reply, I've been making my way through the backlog of BDS reports.
Unfortunately in this case, because the issue relates to a third party add-on, we are unable to accept it as a bug report. I would suggest speaking to the addon creator who, if they're able to identify the cause may be able to resolve themselves, or may be able to raise a bug report that speaks to the methods by which it can be reproduced in the vanilla game.
