Using /effect command to give strength to mobs used to work a lonr time ago(I used to make a custom pet wolf with insane strength to be a actually good pet. However now it dosent work. But some effects like speed still work normally.

Every where.. This stopped working for a long time but only learned recently how to report bugs

Sorry looks like it's been somewhere patched before... But from what I checked so far only wolves don't work with strength
