Had an existing ice farm which was working on 1.17 in mountain biome at y level 100 but no longer works. Nothing changed to farm.
Only 1 block of ice forms in entire area.

This is on a dedicated bedrock server hosted externally. Not a realm.
it’s single player. I am the only person who logs on.
I am using an iPad on iOS 15.1
If I break the one ice it does come back but no where else. I am working in area so would expect it to freeze (like it used to)

The ice farm in question is at -2916, 103, 2129
Has the height that ice formed change with 1.18? This farm was working in 1.17 and stopped working before 1.18.
