Would sync error

One day I was gonna play some Minecraft on my Xbox series x but when I tried to join the world it just said “the world is not fully synced or has been corrupted. Try playing the world on a console where it’s in a good state and try migrating it again” I have 2 worlds, one is my main world and the other is my backup of that world and both of them said the same thing. None of the worlds has worked since 22 march 2022 and my main one is 1.9GB big 

So I contacted Xbox support and we went true a lot of different things that could solve it but nothing worked and same with mojang support and finally they said I should report it as a bug.

I google a bit before I reported it and didn’t find anything that worked so can’t you guys just put my world back to my latest save or something else that could maybe work.
