cant download resources from my account on PS5

I just purchesed the modern textures hd pack by imagiverse from the store on the playstation. My Friends both play on a PS5 as well and were able to just download the pack and load it to the game. I for some reason are not able to download the pack from the store i tried loading other Resource packs like the fantasy or the plastic resources originaly from Minecraft. When i start the download a loading bar shows up with the current amount that has been loaded in the top left corner and the whole pack size on the top right corner of the loading bar. No matter how long i wait the bar wont progress at all as well as the number on the left that will stay at 0.00MB. I already tried deinstalling and installing the game a few times as well as saving and loading back-ups. I also tried re logging to my Minecraft account.
