Me and some friends let off tnt and the explosion went off like normal then after we started seeing this white tnt block suspended in animation and won’t disappear when we re log in to the server is there any way to fix it without needing to make a new world or?

We're tracking this issue at MCPE-23686, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate. You could try running /kill @e[type=tnt] in the chat and see if that helps.
