[BDS-17030] For about 2 months my marketplace and skins won't load. I have tried logging out and logging in multiple times, reseting my game, and uninstalling the game. I have also used google, reddit, and youtube. Please help asap and thank you for your time!

I am unable to open the marketplace and unable to put on skins that I have purchased. I am stuck with the default Steve and Alex skins. For a split second when I was still logged out of my Xbox account that is linked to my game, I saw the words "If problem continues contact support" or something similar. Friends are able to join just fine. I have tried launching the game through both the shortcut and launcher.
