I am once again having issues with market place and dressing room. Issue was resolved, but it is happening again.

My marketplace is not accessible at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft and the issue only got worse.

As mentioned in your previous report, this issue is being tracked at MCPE-155025. There's no need to create a new report if you start experiencing the issue again.
