I've noticed the problem is near X 0, Z 0
With the pressure plate on hand I right click on the floor and nothing happens
The behavior changes from where I am standing around 50 blocks in every axis except Y, I right click on the floor and the pressure plate shows for an instant and then disapears
If I go arround 550 blocks away I can place them just normal
I'm not sure but I think this started after the update
I haven't tried every single block but tried different objects that require redstone and only and every pressure plate has this problem
The problem is happening with every user who are from different platforms as windows 10, android and playstation, I tried copying the world to my local saves in a windows 10 version and the problem persists
I attached a video where I'm spamming right click all the time showing this behaviour

You can check if there is any entity at 0,0,0. MCPE-161377
This is indeed a case of MCPE-161377, triggered by sending a boat through a nether portal from the nether to the overworld (MCPE-161563).
[media]To clear the issue in your world you'll need to dig down to 0 0 0 and destroy the boat.
