My game updated and then I saw 2 icons of Minecraft when I open the game my world won't syce and when I went on my world it crashed and then when I went back on MY WORLD IS GONE now my years of work gone.

This happened to me as well. I find it funny how mojang cannot access files when it’s their own game. They should be able to do something about this instead of saying it’s a “duplicate report”
