Attempting to vote results in an error

hello dear, help me get the opportunity to vote!! (I have an account). when I click on the mob and the vote button, a message appears - "Unfortunately your account is outdated, you need to transfer it in order to vote on the Internet. Go to your profile and transfer the account." there are no such opportunities in the profile, I can’t move it, which means Vote for the mob!. the next time you try to vote, a simple error message appears.
