[BDS-17788] Whenever I try to play minecraft on my Xbox account I can’t press the A button to play or anything at all. Other accounts can but my main account

I can’t play on my main account. It doesn’t register the A button. It’s been like this for the past month since the new update released and I’m not the only one with this problem
