I’m on a dedicated realm on bedrock 1.19.83. Everything is updated. Myself and 1 other player on our Nintendo switches can’t receive achievements or access the marketplace. The marketplace just says to restart the game. Game is restarted every time I start to play. I don’t stay logged in. As for achievements. Don’t really know how to explain other then when we do them, we don’t receive them.

I noticed they “resolved” it too. And linked 2 other tickets that only slightly match this (my) ticket. I said hell with these guys cuz they’re kind of useless by being nothing more than a 3rd party. I emailed mojang and they emailed me back next day. Between mojang and myself, I have marketplace again but still don’t get my achievements.
Look at the dates of the tickets these guys linked. What, a year old. Did they even contact mojang?🤣
