[BDS-18776] Playstation 4 version of minecraft nether portal bug

As I was playing minecraft bedrock on the Playstation 4 I left the nether to get back to the over world and as I was on the loading screen to get back to the over world it froze. And as it froze I had to reset the application and when I did the game loaded and I was back in the over world but within blocks and I started taking damage. Asi was taking damage I couldn't move nor was I aware of were I was cause I was stuck between blocks and I died and lost all my items which I couldn't retrieve anymore. So whether this is a bug or a glitch, can you please look into it, thanks.
