Hello Mojang Team,
After the recent update my skin was deleted. It only allows me to be Steve.
When I try to select my character, it just shows them as loading and they never load in or populate, just a spinning circle of death. It does not allow me to edit them due to that. Ive found I can edit by selecting one of the clothing options. Once there, it give me a randomly generated skin.
I try to change/edit it, so it's my normal character but then it freezes after I change the eyes. It only allows me to change the skin color and hair. I have to close the MC app (cleared cache for troubleshooting) and I still get the same issue.
No one else has access to my accounts.
