[BDS-19281] my 10th anniversary cape disappeared

I had the tenth anniversary layer, I played on Nintendo Switch but it broke down and I had to transfer my account to a cell phone, I have the game purchased on both, previously my name is SwellDuchess447, currently my name is Sanxx2166186, when I played on Nintendo Switch this problem occurred I repeated, my cape disappeared but I still had the opportunity to recover it but not currently, please I ask you to return it to me:c
