In bedrock edition, there seems to be a loading error/bug, or whatever you want to call it, that seems to prevent bedrock wardrobe to be in a forever loading, you can't delete, edit, or switch any of the tabs like capes, emotes ECT as they're also loading forever. This has occurred since Minecraft bedrock 1.20.70+.
I fist experienced this when playing with on of my friends and wanted to customize a skin to have camo when I realized I couldn't edit, delete, or anything with any of my slots one by one they all deleted themselves and stuck loading
