TRAPPED CHEST crashing game

Messing around with a tunnel boar design using TRAPPED CHESTS. for a while all seemed well but suddenly noticed crashing starting to happen. I investigated a little and it seems that the trapped chest i use as the trigger buggs out and if its destroyed the game crashes.
