Since Minecraft cross-play came to PlayStation back in 2019 their has being an ongoing bug where users who may of signed into a Microsoft account get signed out and they cannot sing back in and they get an error. This stops many people like myself from being able to use 90% of what cross play has. For example servers realms or even playing with friends who are on Xbox.
I'm asking why this bug has not being resolved yet as many people in the Minecraft community have known about it for years. And when you try contact Minecraft support about this bug what is out of your control they say make a new PSN account to play cross-play on Minecraft which for some may not be ideal since they want to use their main account. I really feel they needs to be a better system for cross-play on Minecraft and since the new PS5 version is coming out it's a perfect time for it to be improved.

You are wrong tho like I stated in my paragraph this issue for crossplay has being going on FOR YEARS but yet no one at Mojang takes note of this issue

You are not understanding I cannot unlink the Microsoft account the game thinks no Microsoft account is linked but it is, meaning I cannot log out of a Microsoft account. This is a glitch and a bad bug that has affected Minecraft PlayStation for years I cannot use my main account due to this bug.

I would also like to mention that many people here https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-96635 have stated what Mojang has said to do does not work, this issue needs to have a fix it is very buggy u can add multiple Xbox accounts and also on top of that it stops players from being able to use what bedrocks purpose is

MCPE-96635 is precisely about not being able to unlink your Microsoft account. As the issue already has an ADO number, Mojang are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. I am merely a moderator here and cannot fix the issue for you. If you have issues specific to your account, you should contact Microsoft Support, as we do not have the tools to help you with this issue on this bug tracker.

I contacted Microsoft support they did nothing same with PlayStation support and Minecraft support too this bug should have been fixed years ago many YouTube videos are out there on it, many Reddit posts are there but yet 4 years on this bug what is an important bug to be fixed is still not fixed!
