This issue has come up in a few different spots in our server, if we just move the rail over 1 block it is fine, but with a furnace array, thats a bit hard.

I have received a copy of the world from the server, was going to put it back to the way it was before the issue, I have done so, but it is all working. It seems to only be an issue on the server. I do not know what to say, or do
