I see there was a problem with auto jump making the players jump too much. But my current issue is I can't auto jump at all. I've turned it off and on many times in settings. I've restarted worlds and even minecraft multiple times in the past few days. It doesn't seem to want to auto jump. I searched and I don't see that anyone else has had this issue?

Sorry its taken so long to get a response to you, it looks like your issue was accidentally raised for the "Bedrock Dedicated Server" rather than the Minecraft game (which can be found here).
If this is still an issue for you I would suggest creating a new issue over at the Minecraft (Bedrock codebase) section but please make sure you add more information than you have here. It would be immensely helpful for any mod trying to reproduce your issue to know what platform you are playing on (I believe you said mobile, so Android or iOS will help), what device you are using, whether you're using an external controller or touch controls and even a video of your issue if possible. I've not seen any other reports of the issue either so its very possible our amazing community would be able to help you if you head over to the official discord server (community links below).
If you need some tips and tricks for putting together a bug report the community manager put a great article together here.
