Yeah, well, I did that.

In November. They've since referred to XBox Live help (who referred me back to to them) and here (who are now referring me back to them), that is when they aren't ignoring me for weeks at a time only to try to close my reports when I don't back to*them* within two days.

This whole process has been absolutely abysmal. As someone who has spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on Minecraft across five platforms and countless devices over the course of a decade, this feels like nothing short of utter and absolute betrayal.

Yeah, well, I did that.
