This is not resolved. All of my purchases are still missing.

Well, maybe we could get some volunteers at the help site, because it takes weeks to hear anything from anyone there making what could be accomplished in a conversation with an actual person in about ten minutes take months and my problem there has twice been given generic stock responses, twice been referred to XBox (who referred me back to Mojang...who referred me back to XBox) and once been referred here.

So I'm getting a little impatient with everyone involved acting like it isn't their problem.

I have been referred back and forth between Mojang and Microsoft twice now, and I keep meeting more and more people for whom this has been a problem.

I've seen several reports here that simply refer people to the help desk, where I've had two topics open and ignored for months.

Yep. Me too. Hundreds of dollars of content missing since November. Every time I post on feedback, or Twitter, or anywhere else, it gets deleted or just generically brushed off. I'm absolutely disgusted with the lack of transparency with whatever is happening here, and it pretty much ruined my kids' Christmas vacation since they were disinterested in their formerlyy favorite game.
