Missing Purchases

This is also effecting my Android version. 

 

I've been without access to my purchases since November, and I'm getting pretty annoyed. I've not been able to get in touch with anyone, and my posts on Feedback about it get deleted. 

 

I've bought almost all the mash ups, plus tons of other stuff. I've spent hundreds of dollars on this game across four different platforms, and to be ignored like this is really frustrating, and you're losing long term fans of the game like me and my children. I have no access to my purchases on Switch or Android, instead, several texture packs show as purchased that I have not purchased. These packs still show in my cache, though they're locked, and on Android, the worlds I've created with them show them under the resource packs, but again they appear to be locked. 

I am getting really, really frustrated about this.

I’m having the same issue and nothing is being done about it.

I have been referred back and forth between Mojang and Microsoft twice now, and I keep meeting more and more people for whom this has been a problem.

I've seen several reports here that simply refer people to the help desk, where I've had two topics open and ignored for months.

For issues with the store you will need to contact Mojang directly at https://help.minecraft.net.

The bug tracker is manned by volunteers and regardless of how much I wish we could help you, we do not have the tools or the ability to help with issues that concern your account. I'm really sorry we're unable to help and I wish you a speedy resolution.

Well, maybe we could get some volunteers at the help site, because it takes weeks to hear anything from anyone there making what could be accomplished in a conversation with an actual person in about ten minutes take months and my problem there has twice been given generic stock responses, twice been referred to XBox (who referred me back to Mojang...who referred me back to XBox) and once been referred here.

So I'm getting a little impatient with everyone involved acting like it isn't their problem.

Resolved?

This is not resolved. All of my purchases are still missing.

This also happened to me and when I emailed Minecraft help they ending up telling me to report the bug here. “To help collect more information on the issue”

I will post the only thing they told me to try here if you if you haven’t already seen it, but it didn’t work for me.

Thanks for writing in to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your purchase. There are a number of steps that should help to resolve this issue.

1. Make sure your game is completely up to date.
2. Are you signed in with a Microsoft account? If not we recommend you do so.
3. Completely close Minecraft.

This means:
i. On mobile devices to swipe them down (not minimize)
ii. W10 close the client completely
iii. X1 and PS4 access the menu option to close the application
iv. Switch on the Switch home screen, highlight Minecraft and press X to close the application

4. Make sure you are connected to a reliable internet connection.
5. Launch Minecraft and make sure you are signed in and you are the only user playing Minecraft at this time.
6. Let the game load up to the home screen and wait for 15 – 60 seconds. This ensures the game has time to completely load up.
7. If after 3 attempts if the issue does not resolve please reply to this email thread within 7 days with a screenshot of the error status located in Settings --> Profile --> Scroll Down.

After I sent her the error status screenshot they told me they could see “those” purchases On my account (but I didn’t even tell them what I purchased)

Unfortunately I still don’t see all of my purchases. 
 
For context:
Right now I can only see the “purchases” for the free stuff I got after all my original purchases disappeared (this includes free and paid for things I got on the marketplace). So I hope you can still see the original purchases from my account. From my screenshots (the account error screenshot) I believe the date I lost all my previous purchases was on this date 1/1/2020. Just to confirm if you saw all of them.
 
The last screenshot I have that clearly shows one of my old purchases was on 7/10/2019.
And then they replied with this and marked the ticket as closed.

i’m also going to add the error screen I’m pretty sure I got on the day all my purchases disappeared. I also sent the pic to Minecraft help when I first sent the issue.
