This is also a problem on Android. All my purchases tied to my XBox Live account have been missing since November. Since there is no record of Minecoins transactions kept, there's no proof I made the purchases, other than proof that I purchased the Minecoins (on Google Play and Nintendo EShop. XBox live can't help, and the Mojang help desk does nothing but refer me to XBox help and here. XBox refers me back to the Help Desk, and when I come here my reports get marked resolved when they aren't, and I am sick of going in circles. I will open a new report every day if I have to until this gets resolved, this is utter nonsense. I've spent hundreds of dollars in this game over the course of the last decade, and for me and every one else this is happening to (there are many) to be treated so abysmally is an absolute joke.
I'm attaching screenshots of the help desk telling me to report bugs here, XBox sending me to the help desk, and my last bug report sending me back to the help desk, as well as the help desk sending me back to XBox, along with screenshots of worlds I have made with texture packs that are now inexplicably listed as missing.

The same thing has happened to me and since opening a help ticket on the Mojang site I haven't had any type of response. MCPE-84090 - Missing Minecoin and Skinpacks!
The ticket that I had opened has now been closed as "invalid", like the countless others that I have seen on this site with the same issue. We have spent money, the items we paid for has disappeared from our accounts, along with minecoin balances but there is no customer support for us. The same message that this isn't a bug and your ticket will be closed is repeated by the people running this. I've followed in Mr. Ward's footsteps in reaching out to social media channels as well. I don't know what else we're supposed to do to get help which we should be receiving!
