a large area of chunks generate error ，the sea and some others were replaced by stone，and no mobs spawning here，no bedrock on y=0

the server version is 1.14.0

Oh,this was caused by myself,when I update the BDS form 1.13 to 1.14,I only replaced the ".exe" file,other files were not update, which make this error.
