All the Creepers in our minecraft realm are chararged Creepers. Have not seen a single ‘regular’ Creeper. They still only damage as a regular creeper explosion. Just very scary when 3 of them gang up on you at once. Please fix this bug.

Anytime/anywhere on realm servers. Doesn't matter biome.

It is not just my game either. They other person on tue realm is also haveing the same problem.
