The latest release of BDS is 1.21.102.1 https://www.minecraft.net/bedrockdedicatedserver/bin-linux/bedrock-server-1.21.102.1.zip, is NOT compatible with the latest client versions across all platforms. And it’s been so for more than two weeks.
