Nether RAM Usage on Bedrock Dedicated Server

When I go t the Nether, the memory usage of my server can exceed 60 gigs. Mobs do not move. This is if I go to the Nether, or if I spawn in the Nether after reboot. I haven’t been able to work in the Nether for months. I’m building farms in the Nether.
