I search on Youtube when people host the server they have the line said "Listening on port 19132" but when I host I don't have that line also only me can join the server, none of my friends can join, I gave them the IP and port but they always got the message "Unable to join the world" Please help! ALso I did port forwarding and give other the external ip and the origin ip but both doesn't work

According to your screenshot, your Server is listening on Port 19*0*32 somehow, not 19*1*32 (IPv4). Either change the port in the server.properties, or change forwarded port in your Router to 19032 and make sure to enter the right port when adding the server to your server list in Minecraft.

Clark is right. The problem you have is just that you are using 19032 instead of 19132. As clark said, all you have to do is change the port in the server.properties file.
