How to save server-side log files? And increase the date and time?

At the moment the only log that is created resides in \internalStorage\Dedicated_Server.txt however this is only written to when the server is stopped and contains the whole sessions console output.
There are other ways to get live console output that people have developed which may be of use to you, you could also head to the feedback site to put in a request for a feature allowing the console to be output to a file live or similar.
