I recently signed in to my Microsoft account in game but I looked and my Star Wars Classics skin pack says that I haven't purchased it but I did a few month back. I had a few Minecoins left from the purchase but they are gone too. If if I can't get the skin pack back, then I would like a refund.

It looks like your report relates to the Minecraft (Bedrock Codebase) product but has accidentally been raised against the Bedrock Dedicated Server section.
To ensure your bug report gets seen by the right people I would suggest checking the Minecraft (Bedrock codebase) section for a similar report and upvoting that, or if none exist raising a bug in that section.
However, given your issue relates to billing/account issues I would suggest contacting Mojang directly via the links located on the help page. No one in this section is going to be able to help unfortunately.
