Unfortunately you haven't included enough information in your bug report, and it also looks like your bug relates to the Minecraft Java or Bedrock clients. This section is meant exclusively for the Bedrock Dedicated Server software.
Its possible other members of this amazing community may be able to assist you if you're able to jump on to the official discord.
Otherwise, If you're confident that what you're experiencing is in fact a bug I would recommend recreating your bug report in the appropriate section and also include all the information someone would need to replicate your issue.
