[BDS-3250] Nether portals not linking properly

First Portal of my world: So I created one nether portal in the basement of my house, went through it, entered the nether, went back through the portal, and appeared in a different place; a new portal was placed somewhere else in the overworld.

So as a result I have two nether portals in the overworld, one nether portal in the nether.
