ByIt's not letting any of my friends join any of the servers that are created by me. It just continuously says locating server no matter how long they wait.

It looks like your issue is a duplicate of MCPE-58587.
When raising bug reports in the future please use the Minecraft Bedrock project (aka MCPE) as this project is for the Bedrock Dedicated Server software only (its different to the multiplayer in the game.

It means your bug has already been reported and we're tracking the issue under that report.
Bug trackers use one report to track the described bug. This isn't like a support site where you get your own "ticket". Unfortunately we're not equipped to provide technical support.

I have the same problem, however it won't allow my friend to join whatsoever. He says when he is connecting to join, the ""An error has occured in the following application" poop shows up. It never let's him in!
