The minecraft server (1.15.2) installed on local wifi network, every devices are connected on same local Network. Network or firewall or port forwarding problem not possible.
The iOS and Android devices got this error message: "Unable to connect to world".
The PC version and XBOX version clients can connect.

The information you've provided is rather contradictory. The "Minecraft Server" version you've listed (1.15.2) doesn't exist for the Bedrock version of the game (the game client that runs on Android, iOS, Xbox etc).
Java is currently at version 1.15.2 and if you're running a Java server that explains why nothing can connect to it, for all intents and purposes they're two different games. But in that scenario Xbox shouldn't be able to connect either.
Please provide more information and screenshots.

Ooops, I didn't know. The cross platform server client is not possible. So, the java version PC client can connect the java based minecraft server, and the Pocket version can connect to pocket server. Sorry, in this case this is not a bug, this is the expected behaviour. So, you can close this ticket.
