Chunks not loading / working

So I own this minecraft server and I have about 5 other players in it, we have elytras and when tend to go flying around, loads of chunks just wont load. My whole base chunk wont load!

If you had been to the nether in the same play session you're likely being affected by MCPE-63268.

If thats likely the cause let me know and I'll get this duplicated into that ticket. We're tracking that one under the Minecraft Bedrock project but it affects BDS, Realms and the Minecraft game.
