For the past 6 months or more every time I log in to my MineCraft Windows 10 for the PC, the game will freeze up on me and automatically close out. I can play if I'm not logged into my account but like I said every time I log in to my account it'll close out automatically and I don't understand why. I have tried different things to try to fix it but nothing has worked. I have even emailed your company but no reply. Can somebody please help me fix this. I have spent so much money on this game and I'd love to play on it while LOGGED INTO MY ACCOUNT! If this issue can not be fixed then I want all the money that I have spent on it back.

Unfortunatly though there is very little we can do for you here. This project is for the Bedrock Dedicated Server software only, for bugs with Minecraft Bedrock please head to https://bugs.mojang.com/projects/MCPE/summary.
In your specific case though I would actually suggest reaching out to Mojang Customer Support directly. They will be able to work through your issue with you and can speak to any refund or monetary arrangement you're looking for.
The bug tracker is manned by volunteers so we don't have the ability to look into such resolutions for you.
