I can join other players worlds on a different console, but they don't even receive my invites

I'm on PS4, my friend is on mobile. She can send me me invites to her worlds and I can join and play. But when i send her an invite to my world, they don't even show up. I've checked every setting, and tried every suggestion I've seen in forums
