I have some mash up packs that show they have an update. Yet when i click on the update it does nothing. I think there are four of them.

I fixed the issue. Sorry for making report. I deleted all the world packs that was effected and re-downloaded.

Turns out we're actually already tracking this issue under MCPE-57377 so I've requested this report be resolved and linked as a duplicate. I realise you resolved it by uninstalling and re-installing the packs but they should probably update as expected so its worth duplicating your ticket in regardless.
If you haven't already, you might like to make use of the search feature to see if the issue has already been mentioned.
