Yes and i can't load my market and play multiplayer and on servers

I restarted the game restarted the phone reinstalled the game and everything says "Error number -9" and if it helps you I have Android 10

For what it's worth - here's our family's experience with the Error 9 issue. Bear in mind, i'm neither an experienced gamer or techie, so apologies beforehand for any wrong terminology. We've had this issue for over a month now. We have the Switch and it is only occurring on the main profile (the one linked to the nintendo account, eshop, etc.). All the other profiles work fine. I should also add that we have the cartridge, however, the issue started around the time we migrated online so my son could play online/multi-platform with his friends. For this we had to get the nintendo online subscription. Don't know if there's a link there or it helps, but there you go. Thanks for looking in to this.
