I made a crude but complete veggie farm, animal farm, cooking, sorting factory with a honey block conveyor belt. The conveyor was working awesome until two block began to glitch which is halting the conveyor belt but I can destroy the block or even select them so I’m stuck with all the work being shot now. Please help. The blocks glitching is one honey block and one terra-cotta block.

You've sort of described what your issue is but without detail on how your contraption is set up its impossible to know if its a bug and whether it has already been reported. Steps on how to reproduce the issue are key.
You've also raised this in the wrong project. This project is for the Bedrock Dedicated Server software, for issues with the Minecraft Bedrock game head over to https://bugs.mojang.com/projects/MCPE/summary. Please make sure you search before logging a new report as its almost guaranteed that, if its a bug, it has been reported.
If you're just looking for help with a redstone contraption, the "Technical Bedrock" channel on the Official Community Discord would be a better place to go.
