I canβt download the new server version from your site. I am downloading the version for Ubuntu, but I am downloading the 276mb archive. It is damaged and does not open. What to do? With the server for Windows 1.14.60, everything is fine.

I've just downloaded both the Windows and Linux versions of the BDS software and neither was corrupted so it would appear the source is fine which would indicate an issue with the method of download or something on your end.
